Hours of Operation: Mon: Closed Shipping: Shipping within Canada starts at $1.99 (1 Single Blue-Ray) Items will be shipped same Business Day if order is received by 3PM EST, otherwise order will be shipped Next Business Day. When ordering multiple items, your shipping charge covers the full order. For example: You order 6 titles, 4 of them are in stock and 2 of them are out of stock. We'll ship the 4 in stock items right away and the out of stock items will be shipped to you as soon as they become available at no additional shipping charges to the customer. Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary due to holidays or other issues that are out of our control.Normal delivery times are listed below: Canadapost Standard Lettermail: allow 3-8 business days Canadapost Expedited Service: allow 2-5 business days Canadapost Small Packet USA: allow 3-15 business days Canadapost Small Packet International: allow 3-15 business days Pre-Orders: Pre-Orders will be shipped when item becomes available. We'll try our best to have the product in your hands on release date. Shipment is usually a couple of days before release date to make it gets there on time. Out-Of-Stock Items: Out-of-Stock items can be ordered on our website. It guarantees that you will receive it as soon as it becomes available again. Once we receive an order for an O/S item we'll place an order with our distributor right away. Usually items become available within 5-7 business days. Sometimes there can be a 2-4 week delay to restock on certain titles due to shortages. You will be notified when there are further delays. Product: All of our Blu-Ray and DVD Movies are BRAND NEW - FACTORY SEALED unless otherwise stated. They are all Original Region 1 (US/Canada) DVD Releases/Region A (US/Canada/Japan) Blu-Ray Releases for the Canadian and US markets. If you place orders from overseas please make sure that you player can play this format. Used Blu-Ray: We guarantee all of our used Blu-Rays. Used Blu-Rays are movies that have been traded in by customers. It contains all discs (we don't guarantee Digital Copies). All of our used Blu-Rays are in MINT condition unless otherwise stated. 1-Disc Used Blu-Rays/1-Disc Rental Blu-Rays: These used discs are exactly the same as our other Used Blu-Rays with the exception that you only receive the Movie Disc (Disc 1). These discs come in excellent condition unless otherwise stated. Some releases are 2-Disc or 3-Disc releases, with the 1-Disc you will ONLY receive the disc on which the movie is on. Price Protection: You will receive a 30 Day Price Protection on all Blu-Rays that are available online. Should you buy/order a Blu-Ray from us (www.dvdsnextgengaming.com) and we lower the price within 30 days of purchase, we will issue the difference in form of a refund or Credit. Example: Taxes: We charge Taxes for Canadian Customers: Special Sales: We have special sales twice a week. Every Wednesday we list a minimum of 6 titles for sale. This sale runs from Wednesday at Noon until Midnight on Thursday. Our Weekend Sale starts every Friday at Noon and runs until Midnight Monday. We have special Promos throughout the year which we will advertise ahead of time through our newsletter. Newsletter: We send out weekly newsletter with industry updates and new release information as well as special sales or items that become available. It's easy to sign up. Simply click on the Account link on the top right corner on our home page and fill out the information. Make sure that you select the checkbox to receive news updates from us. Payment: We accept Paypal. You can use your existing Paypal account to make payments.
